An energy healing session is holistic practice where a practitioner channels healing energy into a client to balance and harmonise their physical, emotional and spiritual well-being. It typically begins with the client lying down fully clothed, while the healer focuses on creating a calm and peaceful environment either live or at a distance.

The healer works by either lightly touching the body or if it's a distance healing the healer uses cards that represent the chakra centres to focus the attention. Chakra healing focuses on specific centres in the body, releasing blockages or imbalances that affect the particular chakra and the body as a whole.

Throughout the session clients may feel warmth, tingling or deep relaxation as the energy flows through them. The intention is to release blockages, reduce stress, and promote healing on all levels. Afterward, clients often feel more centred, peaceful and rejuvenated.

Sessions are non-invasive and personalised, aimed at helping individuals restore their natural energetic balance, which is believed to support the body’s own healing processes and enhance emotional well-being.
