NERVOUS SYSTEM GROUNDING
Clear the energy blockages!
A Nervous System Grounding is a holistic practice where a practitioner channels healing energy into a client to balance and harmonise their physical, emotional and spiritual well-being. It typically begins with the client lying down fully clothed, while the healer focuses on creating a calm and peaceful environment either live or at a distance.
The healer works by either lightly touching the body or if it's a distance healing the healer uses cards that represent the chakra centres to focus the attention. Chakra healing focuses on specific centres in the body, releasing blockages or imbalances that affect the particular chakra and the body as a whole.
Throughout the session clients may feel warmth, tingling or deep relaxation as the energy flows through them. The intention is to release blockages, reduce stress, and promote healing on all levels. Afterward, clients often feel more centred, peaceful and rejuvenated.
Sessions are non-invasive and personalised, aimed at helping individuals restore their natural energetic balance, which is believed to support the body’s own healing processes and enhance emotional well-being.

SOMATIC HEALING

A Somatic healing is a body-centered therapeutic approach that focuses on the connection between the mind and body to release stored tension, trauma, and emotional pain. Unlike talk therapy, which primarily addresses thoughts and beliefs, somatic healing works with physical sensations, movements, and awareness of the body as a gateway to deeper healing.
It is based on the idea that unresolved stress and trauma can become “trapped” in the body, showing up as chronic pain, tension, anxiety, or emotional blocks, and that by working directly with the body, these experiences can be processed and released.
A typical somatic healing practice may involve breathwork, grounding exercises, gentle movement, touch, or guided awareness of bodily sensations. Clients are often encouraged to notice subtle shifts, such as changes in posture, muscle relaxation, or warmth, as the body begins to let go of stored stress.
This process helps to regulate the nervous system, creating a sense of safety and allowing the body to complete the natural responses that may have been interrupted during a traumatic or stressful experience. By doing so, somatic healing restores balance and helps individuals feel more present, resilient, and connected to themselves.
